PROJECT BACKGROUND

VIGILANCE aims to create practical, AI-supported cybersecurity capabilities that improve secure information sharing, threat intelligence, and compliance-ready cooperation across organisations and critical infrastructure sectors. The project focuses on technologies that boost the development of Zero Trust architectures and support advanced cybersecurity orchestration. VIGILANCE’s technological core is an Agentic cybersecurity mesh that leverages AI agents for automating functionalities like threat intelligence, information sharing and regulatory reporting. The project’s outcomes are validated in conjunction with critical infrastructure operators in sectors such as finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and maritime operations.

INNOV-ACTS leads the VIGILANCE part (workpackage) that deals with the design, implementation and validation of the AI-based agentic mesh. Moreover, INNOV-ACTS has a leading role in the exploitation activities and the development of the cybersecurity training/learning academy of the project.
