Solution Overview
INNOV-ACTS offers the HumAIne Swarm Agent, a conversational assistant for human–machine collaborative Machine Learning Operations (MLOps). Researchers and practitioners interact with ML infrastructure through natural language instead of navigating complex platform UIs for everyday tasks.
The assistant connects to Kubeflow Pipelines for pipeline discovery, execution, and run monitoring; MinIO (or other S3 based) object storage for artifacts, metrics, and visualizations; and a retrieval-augmented knowledge base over project and MLOps documentation. Users can discover pipelines, launch runs, inspect results, and compare experiments from a single chat interface. The solution was developed in the scope of the Horizon Europe HumAIne project (Grant Agreement No. 101120218). Its architecture and evaluation are described in the DCOSS-IoT 2025 publication cited below.
