The KOM of the project took place in Athens on the 19th of December 2023. It was attended by more than 20 representatives from all partners. After some welcoming remarks by Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) coordination team and participant introductions, project individual workpackages were presented and discussed i.e. project management challenges, communication and dissemination planned actions, data space infrastructure issues, use cases description and clarification, as well as relevant business plans.
Emphasis was put on the coordination of future meeting dates and fulfillment of project Key Performance Indicators.
At last, a separate session on communication strategies and information dissemination was held.
