🔒 The 2026 ECSCI Cluster Webinar Series was launched on Monday, 20 July, with three Horizon Europe cybersecurity projects, ResilMesh, SONIC, and MIRANDA presenting their latest work on protecting critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
The session was opened by Prof. John Soldatos (INNOV-ACTS), on behalf of the ECSCI Cluster Coordination. The afternoon covered cyber situational awareness, zero-trust architectures, and resilient monitoring for critical infrastructure.

Brian Lee (Technological University of the Shannon) — Threat Hunting in ResilMesh: security orchestration & analytics, AI-driven threat detection, critical infrastructure pilots
Dr Kitty Kioskli (Trustilio, CEO & Co-founder) — SONIC: zero-trust architecture, SIEM integration, cross-sector threat intelligence sharing
Matteo Repetto (CNR – National Research Council of Italy) — MIRANDA: distributed monitoring, anomaly detection, privacy-preserving telemetry
38 attendees were recorded for the session, reflecting continued interest across the cybersecurity community in cross-project collaboration for critical infrastructure protection.
