Date & time: 02.11.2021, 10:30 – 13:00 CET

This webinar focuses on the use of the Function as a Service paradigm (FaaS) to build versatile serverless applications. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the PHYSICS project’s FaaS approach as well as the design environment for FaaS, including semantic descriptions for FaaS services, the programming environments for FaaS developers and the cloud infrastructure for the optimal distribution and allocation of cloud functions. An overview of the methodology and approach followed to specify use-cases scenarios will be provided, whereas hands-on examples on the project’s use cases will allow participants to get an in-depth understanding of how the methodology has been used.
