The 1st Workshop on Next Generation IoT and AI systems for Trusted, Human-Centered Intelligence (TI-2023) co-located with the 19th Annual International Conference on Distributed Computing in Smart Systems and the Internet of Things (DCOSS-IoT 2023) was held in Cyprus, near the city of Pafos, and aimed to explore various aspects of distributed computing in smart systems, encompassing topics such as high-level abstractions, design methodologies, signal and information processing, algorithms, analysis, and applications. Evgenia Kapassa presented a paper for the LAW-GAME project, entitled “Trusted Virtual Reality Environment for Training Security Officers”, which shed light on the integration of trusted data, trusted artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and virtual reality to establish secure and reliable training environments within the innovative LAW-GAME project.
